1. What this policy covers

Guest Setu is a product of Aman Enterprises. This policy covers the public website at guestsetu.com, enquiries sent to our listed email address or phone number, and the current WhatsApp integration test described below.

The app is currently in development. This website does not provide account registration, event hosting or guest verification. App-specific privacy information will be provided when the public app becomes available.

2. Information we handle

When you browse the website, our hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page and request time to deliver the website, maintain availability and protect it from abuse.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting correspondence.

This website does not include a newsletter signup, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Website content, fonts and illustrations are served from our own domain. Our security provider may use technical cookies or other measures needed to protect and deliver the site.

3. Service providers

The website is hosted on our server and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes traffic as part of its delivery and security services. Read Cloudflare’s privacy information for details about its practices.

Email and telephone enquiries also pass through the relevant email and telecommunications providers. These providers operate under their own privacy practices.

4. WhatsApp integration testing

If you message our WhatsApp business number, Aman Enterprises receives your phone number or WhatsApp identifier, any profile name included by WhatsApp, message content or media references, and related timestamps and delivery information. We use this information to receive and test messages and to operate and secure the Guest Setu WhatsApp integration.

Messages pass through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and Cloudflare to our servers. During the current receive-only test stage, we do not send automated replies or promotional messages through this integration.

Webhook payloads are encrypted at rest and have a seven-day retention period, after which scheduled cleanup removes their content. Limited technical records may remain for operational security and duplicate detection. The contact and deletion-request options in this policy also apply to this WhatsApp test information.

5. Your enquiries and choices

Only share information needed for your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, one-time verification codes or private guest lists to our general contact address.

You can contact us to ask about information you have shared, correct it or request its deletion. We will assess the request, confirm identity where needed and explain the outcome, including any information that must be retained for a legitimate or legal reason.
